Alar Soever, P.Geo.
Executive Chairman and Interim CEO
Mr. Alar Soever has 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and is also Executive Chairman of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited. Prior to joining Wallbridge as President in 2003, Mr. Soever was responsible for Watts, Griffis & McOuat Ltd’s copper-nickel-PGE consulting practice. Mr. Soever has been involved with Wallbridge since the early stages of exploration efforts in Sudbury and continues to support the Company’s vision to discover the next large nickel-copper-platinum group deposit in Sudbury. Mr. Soever was also instrumental in the spin-out of Wallbridge’s Minnesota copper-nickel-platinum group properties into Duluth Metals (TSX:DM) as well as the spin-out of Wallbridge’s B.C. properties into Miocene Metals.

Bruce C. Jago Ph.D., P.Geo
Director and Technical Advisor
A Ph.D. graduate in geology from the University of Toronto, Mr. Jago is currently the founding executive director of Laurentian University’s Goodman School of Mines. Prior to joining Laurentian University, Mr. Jago was President and CEO of Miocene, after having served as Vice President, Exploration of Wallbridge. He has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration having explored for base and precious metal, and diamond deposits in Canada and South America. Mr. Jago began his career with Inco Limited where he worked for Inco Exploration and Technical Services, and spent two years as Exploration Manager in Brazil. He has also managed diamond exploration programs in the Northwest Territories and the Temagami region of Ontario for Temex Resources, and worked for Lakefield Research where he was Head of Diamond Exploration Services for five years and Manager of Mineralogical Services for 4 years.

Mary Montgomery, CA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Montgomery is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Mary was formerly the Director of Finance for the Sudbury YMCA. Prior to that, she held senior positions with a number of companies associated with the mining industry in Sudbury. Mary currently also is CFO at Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, a position she has held for 3 years.

Michael Weirmeir
Land Manager
As a land administrator, land consultant and prospector, Mr. Weirmeir has more than 25 years experience in mining and mineral exploration. He has held the positions of Mining Recorder for the Ministry of Mines in Ontario and Manager of Mining Lands, Indian and Northern Affairs in the Northwest Territories.

H. J. (James) Blake, Q. C., LL.M
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Blake is based in Toronto and is a senior law partner of McLean & Kerr LLP. He received his LL.M in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School , York University in 1970. His principal business focus is securities/corporate/commercial law and he has written and lectured extensively on the legal and fiduciary duties of corporate directors and officers and on business law matters.

Darryl Sittler
A former National Hockey League player and a 1989 inductee to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Mr. Sittler is a successful, self-employed businessman and is currently a consultant to the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey Club in areas of community relations and marketing. Mr. Sittler is an active director and committee member on the Board of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited and Royal Nickel Corporation.

Tom Hussey, CA
Tom Hussey C.A. currently VP and CFO of Brampton Engineering Inc. as well as a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 35 years. Tom is a KPMG alumnus and for over 25 years has held senior positions including CFO in many companies in the Packaging Industry. Tom was also the CFO of Wallbridge Mining Company in the early years prior to and also after the Company went public. As well, Tom has been a member on the board of directors of many organizations both in private industry and volunteer not-for-profit organizations.

Parviz Farsangi
Mr. Farsangi holds a B.Eng. in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University, a M.Eng. in Rock Mechanics and a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from McGill University and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. Mr. Farsangi served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Vale Inco from 2007 to 2009, and was with Falconbridge Limited from 1987 to 2007 in roles that included General Manager, Sudbury Mines/Mill Business Unit and President of Gramercy Alumina and St. Ann Bauxite. Mr. Farsangi is President of PF Mining and Metals Consulting Inc. Mr. Farsangi has served on a number of mining association boards and is currently a director of two TSX Exchange listed companies.

James J. Jackson, C.A., C.P.A.
James Jackson is a retired executive and resident of the USA. Mr. Jackson is a former Alcan executive, and former Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial officer of MobiFon S.A. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of Bite Lithuania, a mobile telephone company and Board member of Neo Materials Technologies Inc. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the United States. He serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Duluth Metals Limited (TSX: DM).
